1. Contract

The Terms and Conditions along with the estimate provided by us which tells the services set out the entire contract between NakshaDekho and Client will apply once an appointment has been made to get NakshaDekho services.

Before acquiring the Services kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope of work

Nakshadekho.com will work in two different phases:

2.1 Customer referred picture

Our foremost priority is to know, understand, and then validate your unique and actual needs. We are happy to work with clients who know exactly what they want and we will start working according to the Customer referred picture.

We will start working according to our imagination, experience and policies. We try to give customers the best plan according to their requirements and budget. There can be some parts where customers are satisfied. We give them full freedom to make changes in the design. Customer can make 2-3 changes in it, but if the customer wants totally new designs or any major changes then extra amount will be charged as per work

3. Advanced payment

Company will provide you best service as per your choice but only after receiving a certain advance amount as per total project value. The amount of Advance payment depends upon complete project value.

After receiving an advance amount Company will take a minimum of 7 to 10 days to accomplish all requirements.

4. Refund Policy

Nakshadekho.com takes every Design project very seriously and we ensure that the same is to be handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if any client is not happy with the outcome service, have gone through the Change Option, we do not entertain refund request reason being that we are a service provider, but for the convenience of the client we have given them change options as per the services hired by the customers. The project file can be changed 2-3 times only.

” Once the Change option is availed by the Customer, any further new change will require extra cost. Also the concept of the original plan will not be changed in new requirement by the client because all the working files will not be manipulated again.

5. Client Obligation

The Client shall ensure that the property is accessible to employees of NakshaDekho and any third party suppliers providing services throughout the duration of the works.

The client will ensure that utilities such as electricity and water are available for use at the property throughout works at no cost to NakshaDekho.

6. Local Codes and Building Regulations

Every country, state, city and municipality does have its own building regulations, bylaws, zoning requirements, codes and ordinances. Therefore, your plan may need to be modified to comply with local building requirements. Drawings will be as per Bye-laws provided by client and all the responsibility shall lie with him/her only.

7. Payment and Billing Terms

The charges for the services are set out in the Estimate or updated by NakshaDekho and communicated to the Client.

Payment should be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

8. Delivery Policy

Please notes that delivery commitment is subject to:

8.1 Timely payments

The drawings will be sent only after successfully receiving the payments as per agreed payment terms.

8.2 Timely communication from the client

If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Nakshadekho.com.

8.3 InCompleteness of information provided by the client

If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, Nakshadekho.com will not be bound to maintain its delivery time.

8.4 Compensation for the delay of delivery

Nakshadekho.com will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with penalty clause for delay in delivery.

9. Do we use cookies?

Yes, Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

10. Liability

NakshaDekho shall have no Liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any information or instruction supplied by the client which is or are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate.

11. Site Visit

Company provides site visit service at each city. So its our recommendation to take Co’s provided site visit service to avoid any conflict. If the client not do so then he will be selfly responsible for any problem.

* When the client gets his working file, he should thoroughly check or discuss it with the concerned person about any technical issues like the area management, column section etc, before they start their work on it.

After this discussion if any issue arises then the company will not be responsible for this in between the work-in process.

Ecommerce Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to products purchased via www.nakshadekho.com or placed through Social Mediaor offline mode over the phone or through our Customer Service Team which are all assets of Naksha Dekho, company owning and operating www.nakshadekho.com

Please read carefully all the Terms & Conditions provided before purchasing any product or availing any services on any assets of the Naksha Dekho. Any purchase made by you through the website or by any other mode shall signify your acceptance of the supply Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. In addition to it, you shall also be bound by the terms of use, privacy policy, terms by the seller or additional terms (if any) of service which are displayed with the selection of the product. If there is any conflict between the supply terms and the additional terms then the additional terms shall take precedence in relation to that sale.

You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk. Though NAKSHA DEKHO shall make all endeavor to protect its websites from any viruses or other illegal use of its website. All the Products sold on Website shall be solely governed by the Indian Laws. In the event we are unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different territorial laws, we will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by us from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. 6. Online Shopping

NAKSHA DEKHO will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. 7. Order process

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the above non-exhaustive reasons: -The product you ordered is out of stock; -Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment; -We have identified a pricing or product description error; -There is a system or procurement failure; and -Failed customer validation checks. -Legal restrictions or practices for products in the area you have selected which prevents fulfilling your order for delivery. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your Credit or Debit card/any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed in to your Account within a period of 30 working days. When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgment detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from NAKSHA DEKHO. Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and NAKSHA DEKHO will take place when your goods are dispatched by your carrier: we will email you that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfill multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by your carrier.

8. Delivery

NAKSHA DEKHO endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time frame as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if NAKSHA DEKHO fails to delivery any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take delivery of the goods, NAKSHA DEKHO may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost. You may request international delivery all delivery arrangements are made between you and your courier provider. All parcels will be delivered by your carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods. Your order will be accepted by NAKSHA DEKHO when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from NAKSHA DEKHO for delivery to your chosen address. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

9. Refunds & Returns Policy

NAKSHA DEKHO shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. NAKSHA DEKHO does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by NAKSHA DEKHO or by respective Seller. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to NAKSHA DEKHO within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. NAKSHA DEKHO holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

10. Payment Methods

You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details. Naksha Dekho expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card. Naksha Dekho accept payment through Phone pay, Google pay, Paytm or direct in the companies registered bank account.

11. Pricing Policy

All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at an appropriate rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time without giving any notice. Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you for further instructions via e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

12. Product Availability / Information

We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for sale on the NAKSHA DEKHO website. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. 13. Jurisdiction

All contracts will be concluded in English or Hindi language. The website is controlled and operated in India. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of India and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Courts of India.

14. Force Majeure

Failure on the part of NAKSHA DEKHO to perform any of its obligations and the non furnishing of the Service shall not entitle you to raise any claim against NAKSHA DEKHO or be a breach hereunder to the extent that such failure arises from an event of Force Majeure. If through force Majeure the fulfillment by either party of any obligation set forth in this Agreement will be delayed, the period of such delay will not be counted on in computing periods prescribed by this Agreement. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of NAKSHA DEKHO that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents NAKSHA DEKHO from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.

15. Grievance

Any grievances you have by way of use of the website can be addressed to the ‘Customer Care’ by way of email to sales@NAKSHA DEKHO.com. The ‘Customer Care’ shall thereafter consider the same and provide a response within one month from the date of such complaint/ grievance has been received.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions or the documents of third party payment channels shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
